Thermoplastic Powder CoatingThe ProcessIn our thermoplastic powder coating process, preheated parts are dipped into a bed of fluidized powder. When the powder makes contact with the heated parts, the powder melts and adheres to the parts. The parts then pass through a second oven for final curing. Coating Methods, Inc. fluidized bed processes handle small to large size parts. A variety of colors are available for all applications. |
